PROGRAMME SUMMARY
This 2-day premium winter sports programme introduces participants aged 7-15 to the fundamentals of skiing and snowboarding through an authentic on-snow experience. Under the expert guidance of Emeline Tan, overseer of Singapore's national winter sports Olympic team, participants will enjoy 10 hours of immersive ski and snowboard training, 1 exciting snow play session, and deepen their winter knowledge through the Snow Science Workshop.
To ensure every child gets the most out of their experience, we have designed 3 specially curated programmes tailored to different goals and interests:

OPTION one
HYBRID INTRO: SKI AND SNOWBOARD
Not sure whether your child will prefer skiing or snowboarding? This is the perfect starting point. The Hybrid Intro programme gives participants a strong, well-rounded introduction to both disciplines — enough for every child to discover where their passion truly lies. Across 2 days, participants will begin on inline skating and skateboarding before transitioning to real skis and snowboard at Snow City, supported by certified coaches every step of the way

OPTION two
skate to ski: beginner
For those who have set their sights on skiing, this programme delivers a focused and structured foundation. Participants will progress from inline skating at PlayFACTO Woodleigh to ski lessons at Snow City, building the fundamental techniques of balance, posture, and controlled movement. By the end of the programme, participants will have developed a solid skiing foundation — ready to confidently take on the slopes.

OPTION THREE
skate to snowboard: beginner
For those drawn to the board, this programme is built around snowboarding from the ground up. Participants will transition from skateboarding at PlayFACTO Woodleigh to snowboard lessons at Snow City, developing the core skills and confidence needed to ride with control and flow. By the end of the programme, participants will walk away with a strong snowboarding foundation — equipped and ready for their next snow adventure.

PLAYFACTO @ WOODLEIGH
Participants are to be dropped off at PFS Woodleigh for the morning portion of the lesson. PFS Woodleigh serves as PlayFACTO’s dedicated Sports Hub, featuring facilities such as a badminton court, an open field, a pickleball court, and other multisport amenities designed to support holistic development.
Participants will first learn to skate on land, focusing on the basic movements and building proper understanding before progressing to Snow City for training on the actual snow slope.
Transport to Snow City will be provided.

Through a special partnership with Snow City Singapore, we are currently the only programme offering children the opportunity to train on snow locally. This delivers an authentic and immersive winter sports experience right here in Singapore.
After lunch, dedicated transport arranged by our team will safely transfer participants to Snow City. There, they will be guided through the proper fitting of winter gear and introduced to fundamental skiing and snowboarding techniques, including basic manoeuvring, speed control, and directional changes—all under professional supervision.
After the programme, parents are to pick up participants at Snow City.

Transferable skills from land-based skating to snow skiing, using a progressive and proven methodology refined throughout Emeline’s extensive coaching journey.
ENRICHMENT WORKSHOP
In addition to the sports component, participants will also participate in a specially curated educational workshop, thoughtfully designed to enrich their overall learning experience.
Snow Science Workshop: An interactive workshop exploring the science of ice and water, with a focus on key concepts such as density, friction, pressure, and freezingpoints.

Participants will be introduced to the fundamental techniques of skiing and snowboarding, including balance, posture, controlled stopping, and basic turning skills. In addition, participants will enjoy a guided snow play sessions and participate in a specially curated educational experiences — the Snow Science Workshop — creating a well-rounded and immersive winter sports programme.
We provide all cold-weather gear and equipment.

Yes! Emeline Tan will be involved in coaching and overseeing all participants throughout the 2-day programme, supported by a team of certified assistant coaches.
Due to space and safety limitations, parents cannot observe during activities.
However, we'll share photos and updates throughout the programme.Our coach-to-student ratio is 1:6. When additional support is needed, assistant coaches will be provided to ensure quality training and personalized attention for every child.
Yes! We'll capture key moments and share them with parents after the programme.
Yes! While this is currently our introductory programme, we will follow up with you for our advanced-level camps.
